About the Position
We are in search of a Creator and UGC Performance Manager who is passionate about creator-led content and adept at linking it to performance metrics. This hands-on role entails overseeing creator sourcing, outreach, brief development, and content strategy with a clear performance focus. You will collaborate closely with paid media, social, and product teams to amplify content that is visually appealing and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creator Strategy & Briefing: Develop insightful, conversion-oriented UGC briefs that align product benefits with genuine user needs.
- Establish deliverables, formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches that meet performance objectives.
- Source & Vet Creators: Identify and evaluate suitable creators who resonate with the brand's voice and target demographic.
- Build a scalable talent pipeline in line with campaign requirements.
- Manage Outreach & Contracts: Oversee creator outreach and recruitment processes.
- Handle contracts, deliverable agreements, usage rights, and compensation negotiations to secure high-quality content within performance budgets.
- Align Content with Performance Goals: Collaborate with paid media partners to ensure creative assets meet conversion targets.
- Utilize performance analytics to refine future briefs and creator selections.
- Balance creative excellence with cost-effectiveness.
