POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the 1st Vice President of Compliance at CIM Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of CIM and its affiliate, OFS Management (“OFS”). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that OFS maintains a robust compliance program that adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the OFS compliance program and oversee a dedicated team of two compliance professionals. Additionally, you will assist the CCO in managing the compliance programs of OFS-managed registered investment companies, which includes overseeing the preparation of their 38a-1 manuals and reports to relevant boards. It is expected that you will take on the role of CCO for at least one of these investment companies.
