Qualifications

Proven experience teaching Spanish at various levels. Excellent interpersonal skills fostering a collaborative working environment and embodying the character traits we cherish: zest, grit, hope, social intelligence, gratitude, and humor. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is strongly preferred. Possession of New York State teacher certification in the relevant subject area. A Bachelor’s degree is required. A strong commitment to contributing to a team-oriented, mission-driven educational culture. A genuine desire to grow professionally as an educator within the KIPP NYC community. Demonstrated success in enhancing student achievement within KIPP NYC schools.
