- Coordinate and identify problem-solving activities for equipment or process issues.
- Communicate project status through operational and departmental management channels.
- Develop software tools to enhance data transparency.
- Create plans for production trials focusing on equipment quality, process improvement, and technical documentation.
- Assist in training and documenting processes with hourly and salaried associates.
- Troubleshoot and analyze production problems and their root causes.
- Update machine drawings to enhance equipment robustness and stability.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation and quality plans in line with company standards, including Work Instructions, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and gage logs.
- Utilize SolidWorks to improve the design of machining fixtures, gages, and robots’ grippers.
- Assist in the development of workplace layouts and optimize material flow.
