This Autumn, we invite outstanding candidates at the graduate level or equivalent to join our unique 14-week paid Internship Programme.
The Sotheby’s Internship Programme aims to provide meaningful training experiences for those aspiring to build a career in the auction industry. Internships are available across various Specialist and Business sectors at Sotheby’s.
Interns will be assigned to departments aligned with their academic interests and career aspirations, working closely under the guidance of experienced staff members. Throughout the autumn auction season, interns will gain insights into the operations of a distinguished auction house, view remarkable rarities and artworks, and explore potential career paths within the industry. Additionally, interns will participate in regular seminars led by senior staff and collaborate on a group project to present to a panel of programme sponsors during the internship's final week.
Our Autumn 2026 Internship Programme will run from Thursday, 3rd September 2026 to Friday, 11th December 2026.
