Project Highlights:
Our 3D computer vision team is dedicated to crafting algorithms and open-source applications that excel in photogrammetry, enabling the reconstruction of 3D models from images and video. While our current projects primarily focus on aerial and satellite imagery, the versatility of our capabilities allows us to adapt to various domains. Notable projects include TeleSculptor, an open-source tool for aerial 3D reconstruction built on KWIVER, and Danesfield, a Python framework and web application designed for urban 3D modeling utilizing satellite imagery. Our research initiatives in 3D vision are oriented towards the development and publication of state-of-the-art 3D reconstruction and camera calibration algorithms, as well as exploring the application of 3D vision to broader computer vision challenges such as object detection and tracking, change detection, and video compression. We are constantly seeking opportunities to tailor our solutions to meet the unique challenges posed by new clients and diverse data domains, including underwater imagery and synthetic aperture radar.
