As a vital member of our team, you will engage in comprehensive inspections, assembly, installation, repair, and replacement of helicopter components and systems. Your expertise will also contribute to the maintenance and refurbishment of aircraft, ensuring all components are functionally checked to meet safety standards.

Your Working Environment:
Located on the eastern border of Mississippi, Columbus hosts our client's helicopter manufacturing and assembly center. This facility is a Center of Excellence for North America, where we produce the UH-72A Lakota helicopters for the U. S. Army and the H-125 aircraft for various civil and commercial clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Aircraft Inspections: 60%
- Conduct detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, adjustment, and alignment of aircraft parts and components.
- Perform operational checks of complete systems to ensure the proper functioning of all components.
System Troubleshooting: 20%
- Diagnose malfunctions or failures in various aircraft systems, including equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel systems, hydraulics, landing gear, fuselage components, stabilizers, rotor systems, and engine controls.
Compliance: 20%
- Ensure all completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer specifications, and company standards.
- Adhere to OSHA and environmental safety regulations.
- Complete necessary documentation for all assigned tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage in flight tests on aircraft and document all work performed. Collaborate with customers for aircraft delivery, preparing for inspections and addressing any issues identified by clients.
