- Offer expert technical support in crafting tailored training solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle, from Training Needs Analysis to the training execution phase.
- Create and validate training materials and tools that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and ensure the appropriate use of training materials and devices during instructional sessions.
- Conduct assessments in strict accordance with client standards, procedures, and tools.
- Prepare detailed course reports and promptly inform superiors of any anomalies, incidents, or factors that may impact future training sessions.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the quality of training materials, ensuring technical and pedagogical precision.
- Provide ongoing technical support to both Atexis and clients within your area of expertise.
