Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the nursing process for highly complex patients
- Take on advanced nursing tasks in direct patient care
- Engage in expanded responsibilities in indirect nursing
- Ensure quality and nursing process management through method-based approaches
- Collaborate interprofessionally and manage interfaces effectively
- Implement key directives from nursing management, as well as guidelines and legal regulations, to foster ongoing improvement
- Apply evidence-based nursing practices
- Participate in personnel and organizational development initiatives
Your fundamental role is to apply your academic competencies directly in patient care. AQP+ professionals undertake similar duties as nursing specialists but with a different level of responsibility. Additionally, they handle tasks that require high-level coordination and in-depth professional understanding. At RBK, we have defined an expanded scope of responsibilities to reflect these advanced nursing tasks. Your actions within this field will have a sustainable positive impact on the organization. To support you in the diverse tasks of the AQP+, you will regularly exchange ideas with other AQP+ colleagues at RBK and with the Knowledge and Innovation Management Department of the Nursing Directorate.
