Qualifications

2+ years of experience in wind turbine maintenance, industrial field services, or technical operations. Proven aptitude for teaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background check and physical/medical exam. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) - Full certification is advantageous.

As an Academy Instructor at Aerones, you will play a vital role in the execution of our Training Programs, empowering technicians and operators to acquire the essential skills and knowledge necessary for safe and effective performance across all service lines.

This position is designed for individuals transitioning from Field Operations to Training Delivery. Under the mentorship of Senior Instructors, you will conduct training sessions, contribute to curriculum development, and enhance your instructional skills. Success in this role paves the way for advancement to Senior Instructor and greater leadership opportunities within the Academy.

Our Training Centre Team is dedicated to the development and upskilling of both current and future employees. Join our friendly and knowledgeable team at our newly expanded Training Facility located at 1800 Shady Oaks Dr, Denton, Texas. This role will involve travel to various sites (15-30% to wind farm locations and project sites).

Role Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions at the Denton Training Center.
  • Conducting in-turbine training under the supervision of Senior Instructors, showcasing proper techniques for robot deployment and service execution.
  • Assisting with training delivery during Field deployments and at project sites as needed.
  • Preparing training rooms, equipment, and materials prior to sessions.
  • Maintaining a professional training environment focused on achieving learning outcomes.

Qualifications
