Key Responsibilities
As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying promising business leads within your designated market. Through a combination of structured outbound and inbound outreach strategies, you will assist in developing a robust early-stage pipeline and collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate successful deal closures.
Your proficiency in HubSpot CRM will be essential for managing prospect interactions, tracking activities, and ensuring clear visibility of the sales pipeline. You will also deepen your understanding of Tractian’s innovative software and hardware solutions to effectively convey their value to potential clients.
