Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to enhance AND Digital's impact. Account Growth: Develop and implement strategic account plans that deliver significant value to our clients and foster AND Digital's growth. Client Assurance: Oversee day-to-day interactions between clients and our team, ensuring effective communication and seamless onboarding processes. People Leadership: Clearly articulate AND Digital's mission and objectives, fostering connections among our values, our clients, and our team members. Commercial Management: Ensure the financial health of accounts with minimal oversight, proactively identifying and mitigating revenue risks, and contributing to the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs). Team Building: Assemble and manage a project team tailored to client needs, participating in internal and client scheduling meetings to maintain up-to-date project timelines. Issue Resolution: Act as a reliable escalation point for clients and the delivery team, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure project success.
