We are currently looking for a seasoned Account Director to spearhead and manage the commercial growth of our client accounts in Latin America. This critical role encompasses advancing current accounts, pinpointing new business opportunities within client organizations, overseeing renewals and upsells, and fostering relationships with executive teams, program management, procurement, legal, and compliance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement annual account strategies that align with both Thought Machine and client priorities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adaptability of plans.
Facilitate client renewals in a timely manner.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key business, technology, and operations stakeholders as well as executive sponsors, acting as the primary liaison between clients and Thought Machine.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide regular and transparent updates on initiative progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze client product usage and forecast key account metrics to drive informed decision-making.
