This pivotal role requires a seasoned enterprise seller with deep knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem and insight into the role of stablecoins in its future. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to securing multi-year enterprise agreements. Your key targets will include fintechs, banks, and payment service providers (PSPs) influencing Brazil's financial landscape. You will engage with senior finance and payments executives, demonstrating how our stablecoin solutions can lower costs, expedite settlements, and create new revenue opportunities. This is a foundational role where you will significantly influence our go-to-market strategy for Brazil, guide product development for the region, and position Sphere Labs as the trusted partner for stablecoin payments in Latin America's largest economy.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Ownership: Drive the complete sales cycle, targeting fintechs, banks, PSPs, and large corporates in Brazil. Manage intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including procurement, legal, compliance, treasury, and senior executives. Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, pilot programs, and implementation transitions. Consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
