Role overview
The Account Executive (All Genders) will strengthen wemolo’s presence in Austria, with a focus on B2B sales and direct client engagement. This position plays a key role in building market share and working closely with colleagues to drive company growth.
What you will do
- Brand expansion: Help grow wemolo’s reach across Austria and promote digital parking management throughout cities nationwide.
- Customer acquisition: Introduce wemolo to new clients, secure important accounts, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
- Pipeline development: Build and qualify a diverse sales pipeline across multiple segments.
- Pipeline management: Use CRM tools and data analysis to track your sales pipeline and monitor KPIs.
- Goal tracking: Keep a close eye on weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, and report progress to the Country Manager.
- Team collaboration: Work with teams in product, sales development, and operations to enhance wemolo’s services.
Requirements
- Background: Completed vocational training or university degree, along with relevant professional experience (preferably in sales).
- Sales experience: Three to five years in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are important.
