Role Overview

In the role of Account Executive, you will be integral to the commercial team and growth strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Your mission will be to foster commercial success within the DACH region from the Frankfurt office. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will drive revenue growth while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting and scaling equity incentive programs to maximize the value of our client's platform. You will also collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the DACH region by acquiring new clients and driving revenue; manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics, translating strategic goals into actionable sales activities, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Identify new market segments and use cases to lead market expansion; work cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide customer feedback to enhance product development and strengthen the overall value proposition.
  • Continuously improve sales methodologies through updated playbooks, tools, and best practices; optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and outcomes.
