Role overview
This Account Executive position is based in New York City. The role involves managing deals from first contact through signed agreement, while helping to shape Finch Legal’s sales processes as the company grows. This is a chance to influence the direction of a new category in legal services.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to closing agreements.
- Convert a rapidly expanding pipeline into long-term partnerships with leaders at law firms.
- Build trusted relationships with managing partners and operations leads at client firms.
- Share insights from client interactions to inform go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product development.
- Represent Finch Legal at legal tech events and conferences to strengthen industry presence.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a range of buyer types.
Preferred
- Familiarity with legal technology.
- Experience working with law firms or legal professionals.
