Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a high-performing Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding global team. This remote sales position is perfect for individuals who thrive on closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing robust client relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, collaborating with qualified leads to transform opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial discovery calls to deal closure.
- Engage with and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
- Present customized product demonstrations and compelling sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain a thriving sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and efficiently close deals.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing teams to enhance pipeline growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and forecasts.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong expertise in outbound sales and converting leads into customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fully remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, or tech-enabled services.
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
- Experience selling to clients in the US, UK, or international markets.
