Our Public Sales Team

At Lifen, we have two sales divisions: Private Sales and Public Sales. The Public Sales team, consisting of 7 members and led by Hélène, focuses on public hospitals, cancer centers (CLCC), and non-profit health establishments (ESPIC).
Our mission is to persuade complex organizations to adopt our solutions to enhance care quality and simplify the daily routines of caregivers. We manage sales cycles ranging from 6 to 9 months, engaging with multiple stakeholders (healthcare executives, medical secretaries, IT directors, general management, procurement) and frequently visiting our clients to stay close to their needs.
At Lifen, every Account Executive serves as both a hunter and a farmer.

Your Role with Us

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for a portfolio of public healthcare establishments.

Prospecting & Hunting: Identify and qualify new target establishments, initiate first contacts, and build relationships with decision-makers in the public healthcare sector.
Management of Complex Sales Cycles: Define your strategy and action plan, oversee the entire sales cycle (6-9 months), orchestrating interactions with various internal stakeholders (management, IT, healthcare executives, secretariats, procurement) to advance deals to signature.
Field Visits: Regularly travel to establishments to engage directly with clients and understand their needs.
