The Opportunity

In line with our ambitious growth strategy for the Ideals VDR in Germany, we are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our DACH Field Sales team based in Berlin. Collaborating with colleagues in Munich and Frankfurt, your primary focus will be on proactively identifying and securing new customer opportunities, ultimately driving sales success.

As a crucial member of our front-line sales team, you will engage with 30-40 new customers each month, managing a robust pipeline of over 50 opportunities. By building relationships with key decision-makers in sectors such as Finance and Banking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth narrative in Germany.

Compensation structure: 50% base salary and 50% performance-based incentives.
