Role overview
The Go-To-Market Sales Team seeks an Account Executive, Commercial - Benelux, who brings an entrepreneurial approach. This role centers on building a sales pipeline, generating revenue, and growing relationships with key accounts. Account Executives at Notion also help shape sales strategy and share feedback that can influence the product roadmap.
What you will do
- Identify and develop new commercial accounts in the Benelux region by demonstrating how Notion can improve collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
- Meet with customers in person and virtually to understand their goals and challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations that help win business and achieve or surpass sales quotas.
- Create and refine sales playbooks and approaches.
- Engage with the EMEA user community to provide strong customer service.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage, persuade, and adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to results.
- Collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving skills, especially in uncertain situations.
Location
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland. In-office days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with some roles requiring additional days as needed.
