Role overview
This Account Executive, Commercial position focuses on the DACH region and is based in Dublin, Ireland. The role sits within the Go-To-Market Sales Team. Success in this role comes from taking initiative, bringing energy, and demonstrating ownership. The Account Executive will help build the sales pipeline, drive revenue, and strengthen relationships with key commercial clients. Insights and feedback from this role will also help shape sales strategies and influence the product roadmap.
What you will do
- Identify and develop new commercial accounts in the DACH region, showing stakeholders how Notion supports team collaboration and productivity.
- Lead both in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations and work toward closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and help define effective sales processes.
- Engage with Notion’s EMEA user community to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
