Your Role:
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Services Account Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be based in Denver, CO, and will be expected to work in the office 2-3 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a targeted pipeline of premium independent properties across North America, focusing on boutique hotels, luxury independents, destination resorts, and significant single assets.
- Achieve 7–10 new CSS agreements monthly through proactive outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Identify and prioritize ideal targets, including properties lacking dedicated revenue management, those underperforming in direct bookings, or navigating ownership transitions.
- Utilize generative AI tools to enhance lead generation, personalize outreach, and improve client communication efficiency.
- Maintain precise Salesforce records, ensure pipeline integrity, and uphold forecasting standards.
Consultative Sales & Value Positioning:
- Conduct discovery dialogues to identify commercial gaps, revenue targets, and operational challenges for properties.
- Effectively position CSS services by aligning service tiers (Elite, Weekly, Bi-weekly) with each property’s business mix, revenue scale, and strategic objectives.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, ROI narratives, and customized proposals that resonate with Owners, GMs, and Revenue Directors.
