What is the opportunity?

With the launch of our Sales Agent, we are expanding the capabilities of Fin to cover a broader customer journey. As an Account Executive on the Customer Agent team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Sales Agent to market, securing early customers, demonstrating ROI, and helping shape our product positioning, packaging, and pricing as we transition from beta to a scalable go-to-market strategy.

Team and role summary

You will be part of a nimble, dedicated “tiger team” focused on speed and learning. This small team comprises a sales leader, a select group of specialized Account Executives (including top internal performers and strategic external hires), as well as dedicated Solution Engineering support.

Operating with high autonomy and accountability, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Pricing teams to leverage real customer insights, informing decisions that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.

Your role will often function as a specialist within existing Intercom accounts. While Core Relationship Managers manage overall relationships, you will lead the Sales Agent initiative, from discovery to evaluation design, ROI narratives, and commercial discussions. Additionally, you will engage with select inbound opportunities and strategic logos that align with our ideal customer profile.
