To excel in this role, you should possess:Experience managing a complex sales cycle from initiation to closure, utilizing internal resources across the sales organization, collaborating with the customer success team, and engaging with various stakeholders in both customer and partner ecosystems. Strong presentation abilities to effectively deliver in-person and virtual presentations to both Line of Business and IT audiences, demonstrating your capacity for client discovery, ROI communication, and business value creation. The ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues, leveraging multiple stakeholders throughout intricate deals. A proactive approach to understanding industry trends, enabling you to strategically position against competitors. Basic qualifications include:A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.5-10+ years of direct sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on selling complex technologies to Federal Civilian agencies. A proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas. Demonstrated success in acquiring new customer accounts.

The Account Executive position entails managing complex accounts, initiating top-of-funnel activities, and effectively navigating a lengthy sales cycle (approximately 6-12 months) to secure successful closes.
