We are excited to expand our Account Executive team to cater specifically to the French-speaking market (France, Switzerland, Belgium) and are looking for passionate individuals to join us.

Your Role
As an Account Executive, you will conduct numerous discovery and demo calls daily with high-quality inbound leads from the French-speaking market. You will showcase the functionalities of our phone AI and illustrate the tangible value it can add to their businesses.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, aiming to meet your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
When not engaged in demos, you will manage warm leads, prepare follow-up communications, and ensure your sales pipeline is meticulously organized within our CRM. Post-sale, you will facilitate a seamless transition to our Customer Success team.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams, sharing insights from customer interactions and providing accurate sales forecasts.
What to Expect
- Conduct 8–16 inbound demo meetings per day, with no cold outreach required.
- Full sales cycle ownership from initial contact through to closing.
- Clear monthly and quarterly quota ownership.
- Structured lead management and follow-up processes within the CRM.
- Collaborative teamwork with colleagues, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What We Offer
- Attractive compensation package ranging from €70,000 to €120,000 OTE (base plus uncapped commission), based on experience.

What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
