Job Summary
The Account Executive (AE) plays a crucial role within Emplifi's social sales team. This individual is responsible for meeting a designated sales quota by driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The AE will focus on either a specific geographic territory or a set of named accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maximization.
What You'll Do Here
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or named accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, research, and referrals.
- Present our innovative digital marketing solutions to prospective clients, illustrating how our services can help achieve their business objectives.
Account Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Consultant and Customer Success Manager to nurture and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Gain insight into clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
