We are expanding our Startups Sales team by seeking customer-oriented Account Executives who will manage their entire sales cycle and position Vanta as the premier choice for prospects in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.

This position will be based in our London office with a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities as an Account Executive, EMEA (Startups) at Vanta:

  • Identify promising business verticals and create outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing, aiming to finalize deals within a 30-day window.

  • Convert inbound leads into closed sales and satisfied Vanta customers.

  • Manage our sales pipeline, enhancing and refining our sales process and playbook.

  • Articulate and communicate the unique advantages of Vanta tailored to each customer, including developing sales materials and demonstrations.

  • Gather insights from prospects to inform our product development initiatives.

Success Factors in This Role:

  • Possess 12+ months of experience in a closing and quota-carrying role, consistently surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Have a background in B2B SaaS, ideally within the SMB sector, with a focus on short sales cycles.

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Demonstrate high empathy towards customers, with a proven history of fostering long-term customer relationships.

  • Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage sales processes effectively.
