Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage your own client portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities in your designated market. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships. Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and effective pipeline management. Engage with potential and existing clients extensively over the phone, guiding them through the sales journey. Collaborate closely with the technology team to provide insights on platform functionality and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Work in partnership with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues or challenges that arise during the trading process. Monitor performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking responsibility for revenue growth within your portfolio. Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make strategic trading decisions.
