Role Overview: Account Executive – Incorporation This position is based in Milan and sits within Sibill's Sales team. The focus is on the Incorporation project, a service helping new companies get started. Incorporation brings together a partner accountant, a notary, and invoicing software in one package. The Account Executive steps in after SDRs qualify leads. From there, the AE guides each lead through consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closing, coordinating everyone involved along the way. This is a consultative sales role. The sales cycle is more complex than typical SaaS, so strong organization, attention to detail, and persistence are important. Main Responsibilities Consultations after qualification: Meet online with leads passed from SDRs. Gather information, understand each client's situation, and recommend the right solution. Negotiation and proposals: Prepare and send proposals tailored to each client. Handle follow-ups and negotiate terms until the deal is signed. Post-signature coordination: After closing, ensure a smooth handoff to the partner accountant to start the incorporation process. Pipeline management: Keep your pipeline up to date in HubSpot. Track timelines and priorities to keep deals moving.
