In the DACH region, Ultimo has established a significant and expanding install base of enterprise clients. Many of these organizations operate across multiple sites, plants, and business units, presenting substantial opportunities for growth, standardization, and enterprise-wide integration.

We are seeking an Account Executive – Strategic Accounts / Expansion to enhance our relationships with existing customers in the German-speaking DACH market, particularly in Germany. Proficiency in German is required for customer-facing interactions.

This position is not focused on acquiring new logos but emphasizes relationship-building and value-driven expansion.

Your Mandate (Strategic Accounts / Expansion Focus)

As an Install Base / Expansion Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of existing enterprise customers (Bestandskunden) in a Germany-focused DACH territory
  • Growing accounts across additional sites, plants, business units, and varied use cases
  • Leading complex upsell and cross-sell sales processes from start to finish
