What You BringA minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a target-driven role. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, and deliver impactful presentations. Adept at thriving in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Salesforce is an added advantage. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and self-motivation are essential. Willing and able to work on-site five days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Verkada's product lineup and its position within the market.
  • Oversee the entire sales process: prospecting new clients, conducting online demonstrations, crafting proposals, and closing sales.
  • Ensure precise pipeline management with advanced forecasting techniques.
  • Consistently exceed performance metrics related to outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials each quarter.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor and subject matter expert for clients and channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Partners and Technical Support to facilitate smooth product launches and drive future growth.
  • Provide valuable market and client insights to Verkada’s product and engineering teams.
