Qualifications

Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree (BA/BS). A minimum of 5 years experience in full sales cycle management; experience with SaaS solutions is highly desirable. Prior experience in the Travel industry and/or Payments sector preferred. Preference for candidates located in the Boston area. Exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Experience in consultative sales; adept at building rapport quickly and addressing specific customer needs with effective solutions. Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Develop and nurture client relationships, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Engage in pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead acquisition, as we emphasize relentless pursuit of new business opportunities!
  • Effectively convey our value proposition, instilling excitement and engagement among potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical, operational, and marketing) to ensure successful project management and implementation of our solutions.
  • Assist sales and marketing initiatives, including lead campaigns and market research.
