Role overview
The Account Executive, Travel & Tourism role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The position centers on both new business development and account management within the travel and tourism sector.
What you will do
- Dedicate about 70% of your time to identifying, pursuing, and securing enterprise-level clients. This involves guiding prospects from first contact through contract completion.
- Spend the remaining 30% serving as a strategic partner to an existing client portfolio. Responsibilities include strengthening relationships, introducing new AI-driven and digital solutions, and expanding account value through consultative engagement.
Client focus
Clients include global airlines, hotel groups, cruise lines, destination brands, and travel technology companies. The role requires engaging stakeholders in Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations to discuss global expansion, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business development and account management.
- Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders on topics such as digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
