About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Account Executive to join our New Business Sales team at Pleo. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in acquiring new customers as we expand. Your Team and Reporting Structure
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and collaborate closely with our Marketing, Onboarding, Solutions & Services, and SDR teams. Our cohesive team of 8 is committed to generating new business and will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside Solution Engineers and SDRs to ensure success.
Your Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from diverse sources, including self-sourced outbound, inbound, and SDR leads.
- Work collaboratively with SDRs and Solution Engineers to deliver exceptional service to prospects.
- Analyze data for personal development, focusing on metrics like win rate, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
- Offer constructive feedback and support cross-functional teams regarding effective practices and areas for improvement (including product and competitive insights).
- Excel in forecasting using a data-driven strategy.
