Make Your Mark The Role:
As an Account Executive based in Brazil, you will be an integral part of our LATAM team, spearheading both new business development and client success initiatives within your region. This hybrid role is ideal for an individual who excels in sales and relationship management, successfully acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding connections with existing accounts.
You'll serve as the primary liaison between Adjust and your clients, strategically guiding them toward success, driving product adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities that foster mutual growth.
Empower Your Potential Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting through to closing, aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
- Engage in consultative selling of Adjust’s comprehensive suite of solutions and services, tailoring your approach to various stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Track client usage patterns and feedback to proactively manage account health and mitigate churn risk.
- Identify and implement expansion and upselling strategies within existing accounts.
