The Team:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in our India enterprise sales team, focused on driving growth by acquiring new clients in the region. Your mission will be to expand our market presence through strategic logo acquisition and in-depth market penetration. You will utilize our industry-leading products and effective sales strategies while collaborating with Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives, our partner ecosystem, and various cross-functional teams to identify and secure high-value business opportunities.

Your primary goal will be to develop and enhance our market presence by unlocking untapped opportunities in your region. As a specialist in new business sales, your role will be pivotal in executing our strategy for increasing market share through targeted client acquisitions. Key responsibilities include:
The work you’ll do:
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities within a defined set of accounts in your client portfolio.
- Establish and reinforce relationships across organizational levels, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their unique needs.
- Analyze the strategic and operational requirements of target accounts, effectively demonstrating how Celonis can meet their demands.
- Steer the sales process in a structured manner, from prospecting and initial contact to qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Value Engineering or conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Build strong partnerships, particularly with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and the Big Four.
- Work closely with your virtual team, which includes business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists to ensure effective collaboration and success.
