As an Account Executive at Vention...
you will play a pivotal role in empowering businesses to capitalize on the exceptional opportunities that industrial automation and operational transformation present. Our solutions assist clients in addressing challenges such as labor shortages, reshoring operations, and upskilling their workforce. At Vention, Account Executives are supported by Integration Coaches, Application Engineers, and the sales leadership , we succeed together, as a team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to identify customer accounts, including opportunity discovery, pipeline creation, and quota achievement.
  • Prospect for new clients and expand the existing client portfolio.
  • Develop professionally to become an expert in discovery calls, sales processes, qualification methodologies, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline: forecast, nurture leads, and consistently deliver results.
  • Lead the sales process with potential clients, from initial discovery to closing and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineers to oversee project development using our 3D MachineBuilder and MachineLogic tools.
  • Work with management to devise new strategies aimed at enhancing the sales pipeline and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
