Candidate Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor's degree. At least three (3) years of relevant administrative experience in credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring sectors is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel. P&C Insurance license is a plus, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Join Our Team as an Account Manager

As an integral part of Coface, the Account Manager will oversee the retention and growth of relationships with our key clients and their intermediaries. Your primary objective is to enhance revenue while ensuring the retention of profitable clients. In this role, you will be the go-to product expert and problem solver for both prospects and existing clients.

In your role, you'll negotiate effectively with clients and develop strategies to foster positive and professional interactions.

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust customer relationships through proactive communication channels and collaborative tools.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to identify optimal coverage solutions for clients while utilizing pricing tools.
  • Coordinate pricing quotes with commercial and risk underwriters to establish competitive commercial terms.
  • Articulate client needs to Coface and provide critical data to enhance client understanding.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and intermediaries, preparing and presenting sales proposals and renewal offers to secure revenue and maximize profit margins.
  • Showcase Coface’s offerings to existing clients, devising and executing cross-selling strategies.
  • Proactively manage renewals, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities ahead of time.
  • Collaborate on timely policy renewals, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze client account metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work alongside team members to provide consistent service across multiple clients while meeting deadlines.

Market Insight:

  • Build credibility with clients by articulating current market conditions and positioning Coface’s value against competitors.

Effective Communication:

  • Regularly update management with reports on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
