The Role

As an Account Manager at Amero, you will sell our indispensable POS and online ticketing solutions, which are vital for our clients to enhance customer experiences and optimize their daily operations. Your sales approach will require creating momentum, understanding complex solutions, and ensuring seamless transitions for implementation. We are committed to teamwork and integrity, never overpromising what we can't deliver.
Your Responsibilities
Your main focus will be driving growth through new sales and nurturing existing customer relationships, particularly in the museums and attractions sector. Amero proudly partners with renowned clients such as the National Museum of Denmark, Rundetårn, the Maritime Museum, and Fregatten Jylland.
First 0 – 3 Months
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and sales techniques
• Quickly engage in outbound efforts, schedule meetings, and manage inbound leads
• Learn to navigate HubSpot and leverage LinkedIn for social selling as part of your outreach
• Objective: Activate your pipeline and close your first sale.
3 – 6 Months
• Operate more autonomously with your pipeline, proposals, and orders
• Begin curating your own customer portfolio
• Enhance your understanding of our solutions to better serve clients.
