You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our services. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products. Monitor account health and proactively address any concerns.
