In response to the ongoing growth of the cybersecurity industry, we are expanding our team and seeking an Account Manager to join our high-performing group. This role will focus on revenue retention and the expansion of our key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial background, preferably with experience as an Account Executive or in SaaS renewals, and a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Account Management and play a crucial part in driving renewals while identifying opportunities for revenue growth within our existing client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients consistently derive value from our platform, focusing on strategic account management and contract negotiations. Your ability to navigate complex client relationships and comprehend their unique business needs will be essential in achieving our growth goals.
