In the role of Account Manager AV & IT, you will be that crucial link. You will ask open, incisive questions, listen actively, and effortlessly translate client desires into customized solutions. Your strength lies in building and strengthening long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
What will you do?
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for further expanding our client network and deepening existing relationships. You stand alongside your clients, collaborating to help them achieve their objectives.
This concretely means you will:
Analyze the market, map accounts, and develop a strategic account plan;
Approach potential clients and deliver presentations centered on their challenges and goals;
Deepen relationships with existing clients by proactively brainstorming and identifying new opportunities;
Uncover the actual needs of clients and advise them accordingly;
Translate trends and market developments into valuable advice and solutions;
Maintain communication lines between clients and the organization regarding our innovative AV and IT solutions;
Prepare and follow up on offers and contracts, ensuring a process based on trust and transparency;
Work on sustainable collaborations and strategic partnerships.
