Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement activities. Engage in regular, proactive communication to keep clients informed and supported. Client Success & SupportAssist clients with inquiries related to benefits, healthcare services, or plan offerings. Guide clients through processes, timelines, and best practices for successful service adoption. Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution. Attention to Detail & ExecutionAccurately manage client information, benefits details, documentation, and timelines. Ensure that client communications and materials are comprehensive, accurate, and polished. Maintain detailed, up-to-date client records within internal systems. Coordinate across functions to ensure timely and standard compliance with commitments. RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or customer support. A strong dedication to customer service and enhancing client experiences. Preferred experience in benefits, healthcare, or related fields.
