We are seeking an Account Manager - Dutch Speaking for the Belgium Market to join our Manchester team. In this capacity, you will empower our restaurant partners in Belgium to maximize their potential on our platform, providing insights on various aspects from marketing strategies to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the Small Medium Business (SMB) team, a vibrant group dedicated to supporting the backbone of our marketplace, local independent restaurants, through a desk-based consultancy model to drive their success.
Your daily tasks may include:
Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts utilizing a desk-based approach, leveraging phone, email, and video calls to facilitate partner growth.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with Belgium's partner network, ensuring high-quality service and fostering positive outcomes for both our partners and Deliveroo.
Campaign Implementation: Enhance engagement with national and local marketing initiatives, boosting key metrics such as restaurant retention and order volume.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between your restaurant partners and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our technology and solutions align with specific partner requirements.
Performance Enhancement: Analyze data to pinpoint obstacles to success and offer innovative solutions that assist partners in delivering an exceptional delivery experience.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in several of the following areas and a desire to develop in others:
