Job Overview:
As an Account Manager on a fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of your strategic account portfolio by implementing the most relevant tools for our users. You will report directly to the Client Partner. Regular travel is expected based on your area and market needs (approximately three days a week) covering the North-East Paris region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, requiring real expertise and focused attention.
Establish a valued and lasting partnership by leveraging your Food Tech expertise as a local market specialist.
Optimize the profitability of your portfolio and provide personalized support built on long-term data-driven strategies.
Become an expert in your area and enhance Deliveroo's visibility through a 360-degree approach: account management, sales, marketing, and operations.
Analyze the performance of your portfolio and implement necessary adjustments. Provide direct recommendations to the Client Partner, showcasing adaptability and openness to new ideas. Deliveroo is a dynamic company, with tools and options to deploy at a rapid pace.
Suggest and implement marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to your portfolio.
Closely monitor operations to enhance the experience for both partner restaurants and customers.
