About the Role

Hustler Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to support clients and their e-commerce stores. This remote position is based in Lima, Peru. The role centers on managing client relationships, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and helping clients reach their revenue goals.

What You Will Do

Oversee the execution and performance of marketing campaigns for assigned clients.
Maintain and grow productive, trusting relationships with clients.
Develop and implement a variety of marketing strategies, handling around 40 unique campaigns each month.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Work to improve email marketing outcomes for clients.
Respond quickly to client questions in partnership with your team.
Lead a team of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on schedule.
Set up campaign calendars, brief new projects, delegate creative tasks, and coordinate timely delivery.

Collaboration and Reporting

This role reports to the Head of Account Managers. Regular collaboration with Account Managers’ Leads, the Service Director, and other departments is part of daily work to ensure campaigns run smoothly and client needs are met.
