Role Overview: Account Manager, Fulfillment
The Account Manager, Fulfillment manages post-onboarding relationships for a selected group of brands in the Fulfilled by Faire (FbF) program. This role combines elements of customer success, strategic account management, and operational consulting. The main goals are to retain brands, increase the number of addressable SKUs within FbF, and grow non-Faire wholesale volumes on the platform. The Account Manager helps expand each brand’s distribution through FbF.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate data-driven insights are important for this position. The Account Manager translates operational metrics into commercial discussions, coaches brands on the benefits of FbF, and proactively identifies accounts at risk of leaving the program.
Key Responsibilities
Business Reviews & Brand Relationships
- Lead the QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and MBR (Monthly Business Review) process for assigned brands. Prepare, deliver, and follow up on structured business reviews that connect FbF operational health with brand revenue results. Note: This work focuses on Fulfillment and is separate from BSM responsibilities.
