We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our client portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring client success through effective utilization of our platform, promoting user adoption, and uncovering growth opportunities. A strong command of the English language, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate across various departments are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, guiding them from initial onboarding to long-term success.
- Foster robust relationships via proactive check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and solution-oriented support.
- Track client health and engagement through CRM and analytical tools.
- Identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with the sales team for renewals and expansions.
- Represent the voice of the customer by sharing valuable insights with product and support teams.
- Educate clients on best practices to maximize platform value and return on investment (ROI).
- Address escalations and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2), exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
- 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced startup environments with competing priorities.
- Experience in leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Fluent Spanish is a plus.
