Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding to long-term success. Foster strong relationships through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and solution-oriented support. Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor client health and engagement. Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for renewals and expansions. Serve as the voice of the customer by providing valuable insights to product and support teams. Educate users on best practices to maximize platform value and return on investment (ROI). Address escalations and resolve client issues with efficiency and professionalism. RequirementsFluent English (C1/C2)—Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting. At least 1 year of client-facing experience managing communications and strategy. Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities. Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting. A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
